WTI (hence by referred to as "WTi or "we", or "us ) is owned by Wise Travel India Private Limited. WTi provides this Privacy Policy to inform Users of WTI's www.wticabs.com Web Site (hereinafter referred to as "Web Site') of WTI's policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information received from users of the Web Site. If you elect to submit any personal information, your submission is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you consent to such terms.

In the event of a merger, consolidation or reorganization involving WTI, acquisition of WTI by another company, or other similar transaction, your personal information will, in most instances, be transferred to the control of the third party that is part of that transaction.
WTI employs reasonable and current security methods to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information. No data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be secure and therefore WTI cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information User transmits to WTI and User does so at his/her own risk.
We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. WTI may use cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). Our advertising system may deliver a one-time cookie to better track ad impressions and click rates. WTI is not directed to persons under the age of 18 years and does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, information from such individuals. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided WTI with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at WTI. If WTI becomes aware that a child under the age of 18 years has provided WTI with personally identifiable information, WTI will remove such information from their files.
Any legal action or proceedings relating to or arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be settled in the courts and/or tribunals in New Delhi in the State of Delhi, India.
